Reservation & Deposit

To secure your spots we require a deposit once your booking is accepted:
$30 USD per single ATV | $35 USD per double ATV.
You will receive a secure PayPal link in the confirmation email.
The balance is payable on the tour day (card or USD cash).

Cancellation / Rescheduling

No refunds are issued for cancellations or no-shows.
You may reschedule (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 24 h before the scheduled tour.

Cancelacion Policy

Thank you for choosing Fourtrax Adventure Tours for your upcoming adventure!

Soon you will receive timely updates via email regarding the status of your booking. Once accepted, a deposit will be required to secure your reservation. For single ATVs, the deposit is $30, and for double ATVs, it is $35.

**Payment Process:**

Upon acceptance of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about the scheduled pick-up time. Additionally, a secure PayPal link will be provided for your convenience to submit the required deposit. The remaining balance can be settled on the day of the tour, either by credit card or in cash (USD) just before the adventure begins.

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:**

Kindly note that refunds will not be issued in the event of booking cancellations or no-shows. However, we understand that plans may change, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your tour based on availability if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
